CURRENT STUDENTS: Parents/Legal Guardians of students CURRENTLY ENROLLED in MISD who are needing to obtain copies of student records should contact their child’s school office directly.

FORMER STUDENTS: wishing to obtain copies of their Transcripts or other Student Records should fill out and submit the Transcript Request Form below. A Transcript Request Form (Student Records Release) must be completed and a photo identification card, such as a Driver’s License, must be presented. By law, educational records rights transfer to the student when he/she reaches the age of 18 and is no longer a dependent of his/her parents/guardians. At this point, only the student may request and obtain his/her school records.

Official Transcripts will be mailed via U.S. Mail. No transcripts will be e-mailed or faxed.
