Mullin Independent School District is a close-knit PK–12 school district committed to providing students with a high-quality education in a supportive, family-centered environment. Small class sizes allow our educators to build meaningful relationships with students and families while providing individualized instruction and support. Mullin ISD is committed to strong academics, student growth, character development, and creating learning experiences that prepare students for college, career, and life.
Students have opportunities to participate in athletics, UIL academics, career and technical education, leadership activities, clubs, fine arts, and other extracurricular programs that help students discover their strengths and interests. Secondary students also have access to opportunities designed to prepare them for their futures through college and career pathways, dual-credit coursework, industry-based learning, and workforce preparation.
At the elementary level, Mullin ISD believes that developing the whole child is an essential part of education. Students are provided opportunities for hands-on learning, daily reading, physical activity, recess, clubs, creativity, and meaningful social interaction while building the strong academic foundations necessary for future success.
Technology is used strategically throughout the district to enhance teaching and learning while maintaining a strong emphasis on relationships, collaboration, reading, writing, problem-solving, and authentic student engagement.
